What we collect
Your email address and the name you give at sign-up; your password, stored only as a hash; how you heard about Filtrd, if you tell us; your virtual trades, positions, watchlists, notes and settings; the posts and reactions you make; the pages you use and the device and browser you use them from; your IP address and the time of each sign-in.
What we use it for
To run your account and the product; to send you the codes you need to sign in and the emails you asked for; to keep the community safe; to understand how Filtrd is used so we can improve it; and to answer you when you write to us.
What is public
Your name or handle, your virtual positions, trades and results, and your posts are visible to other members. Your email address, your password and your settings are not.
Who else sees it
The services that run Filtrd on our behalf: our hosting and database provider, Resend (email), Cloudflare (the network), and our market-data provider (which never receives your personal data). We do not sell your data and we do not show you ads.
Cookies and storage
Filtrd keeps your sign-in and your preferences in your browser's storage. It sets no advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
For as long as you have an account. Delete it yourself at any time in Settings › Sign-in & Security › Delete Account: your account, your virtual account and its trades, your posts and your photos are deleted at once. You can also write to support@filtrd.xyz and we delete it within 30 days. Backups are overwritten on their own cycle.
Your acceptance of our disclaimers
When you accept our disclaimers, we keep a record of it: your account id, the sign-in, your browser's description, the time and the exact version you accepted. We keep this record after your account is deleted, as proof of what was accepted. It holds no name or email.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at any time: support@filtrd.xyz. If you are in a place that gives you more rights over your data, you have those too.
Children
Filtrd is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy; the date at the top is the current version. Questions: support@filtrd.xyz.
